Salmiana also known as ‘Pulquero or the Green Giant’ flowers can grow over 20 feet tall in 15 to 20 years. One of the largest species in the genus Agave. It has been used by Mesoamerican cultures for hundreds of years to make ‘Honey-Water’. Sweet and spicy profile with citrus notes on the mid-palate and a refreshing finish.
